About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Strategist to join our team at Mowi Canada West. As an Account Strategist, you will play a key role in delivering cost-efficient planning and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customer orders and forecasts to develop and implement effective planning strategies
• Monitor and manage production performance in real-time, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
• Manage and maintain our ERP system, ensuring accurate tracking of WIP and finished product stocks, and minimizing waste
• Develop and implement action plans to target and eliminate potential waste, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Continuously review and improve our processes to reduce labour spend and waste costs

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a similar role, preferably in a retailer-facing food manufacturing organization
• Strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
• Highly IT-literate, with strong Excel skills
• Ability to travel to our site in Rosyth for work each day
