Job Description

AtkinsRéalis is a leading engineering and design consultancy seeking a skilled Wastewater Modeller to join our team in Glasgow/Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects related to wastewater and integrated networks, including feasibility studies, catchment drainage studies, and computer modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop computer models to investigate flooding and environmental problems and generate outline solutions.
  • Analyse data to support project deliverables.
  • Support the development of reports and other project deliverables.
  • Undertake site surveys and walkovers.
  • Prepare and adhere to health and safety risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • BSc/BEng/MEng degree level in engineering, geography, GIS, or a related science subject.
  • An interest in the water environment and sustainability.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive self-starter with a desire to learn and develop technically.
