About the Role

This position involves working closely with Quality and Performance Engineers to develop and implement improvement plans and quality initiatives. You will also contribute to fostering a growth and learning community with UK quality/performance representatives.

  • Assist in developing and implementing site improvements and quality initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with UK quality/performance representatives.
  • Take ownership of specific quality and operational excellence initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Quality Management and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools and techniques.
  • UK driving license.
