**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Services Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experience and contribute to the success of our business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve high-quality food and drinks to our clients and customers
- Create engaging and visually appealing food and counter displays
- Represent Chartwells and promote our brand image
- Process transactions and handle customer payments
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
