About the Role

We are seeking a talented non-contentious construction lawyer to join our national Construction team at Clarke Willmott LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to clients across a range of sectors, including retail, energy, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting for clients on a varied portfolio of projects, including construction and engineering contracts
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Working closely with partners and other lawyers within the team to deliver high-quality results
  • Participating in business development and networking activities to grow the firm's client base
  • Complying with information security and firm policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of non-contentious construction law and experience in managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of growing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
