Job Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and high-performing Perfume Retail Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of fragrances and beauty products, including those from Jo Malone London, and provide inspirational and personalized customer service to our clients. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the store, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including product discount, flexible working hours, and comprehensive training and development opportunities.

The successful candidate will have proven retail experience at a supervisory level or above, preferably within the beauty industry, and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential.
