Counselling Program Director

SV2 is seeking a visionary Counselling Program Director to lead the development and delivery of its counselling services across Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will have a minimum management qualification at level 4 and a proven track record of leading teams and services in a healthcare or social care setting.

The Counselling Program Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery, including quality assurance processes and data-driven decision-making. They will also be responsible for managing a team of therapists and counsellors, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality services.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive employee wellbeing service. This role is subject to Enhanced DBS certification due to the nature of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of counselling services across Derbyshire
