Support Worker in Early Education

We are looking for a dedicated professional to support our team in delivering exceptional early learning and childcare services.
This role involves assisting nursery officers in providing educational programs, including supporting lunchtimes, working with individual/groups of children, and maintaining organized playrooms.
To be successful, you must demonstrate a commitment to pursuing the required qualification in early learning and childcare, specifically the NC in Childhood Practice at SCQF level 6 or SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF level 6 as stipulated by the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people, excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and an awareness of the needs of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nursery officers in delivering educational programs
- Support lunchtimes and maintain organized play environments
- Work with individual/groups of children and provide one-to-one support
We estimate that the salary for this position is between £18,812 and £21,103 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
