-Tener un sólido conocimiento empresarial, incluyendo análisis de ventas, gestión de inventario y organización de personal.

-Tener un historial probado de lograr objetivos de ventas personales mientras lidera a un equipo para alcanzar y superar sus objetivos.

-Desarrollar y coachear al equipo en el contador para que se desempeñe al máximo de su capacidad y trabaje en su desarrollo personal.

-Tener experiencia en la organización de eventos en el contador, así como la iniciativa de crear eventos para impulsar tu negocio en la comunidad y en el establecimiento.

-Ser competente en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office.

-Adoptar herramientas de negocio digitales y ser embajador de estas dentro de tu equipo.

-Identificar fortalezas comerciales a nivel de establecimiento y utilizar la iniciativa para coordinar con el equipo de retail y capacitación para acciones para maximizar oportunidades de venta.

-Desarrollar estrategias de retención para los individuos en el contador.

  • Desarrollar relaciones positivas con los gerentes de piso de departamentos y la oficina central.
  • Ser embajador de la marca con tu actitud, eventos y aseo en marca.
  • Conveyar pasión y maestría en la narrativa para nuestros clientes.
  • Conectar con nuestros clientes proporcionando soluciones y atención al cliente/clienteling.
  • Tener la capacidad de trabajar con flexibilidad durante horas de retail, lo que puede incluir noches, fines de semana y festividades (excepto Navidad).
