We are seeking an experienced Asset Servicing Manager to lead our Unit Pricing and Asset Servicing teams in delivering high-quality Fund Administration services to our clients.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of Unit Pricing and Asset Servicing teams to support the exit of a key client's unit-linked insured funds to its new manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Unit Pricing and Asset Servicing teams to provide effective, efficient, and scalable Fund Administration services to our clients.
  • Oversee the daily pricing of insured funds and quality of asset data, including valuation and qualitative data.
  • Ensure the maintenance of a professional quality service in line with internal policies and external regulations that meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and mitigate risk.
  • Manage external business partnerships and maintain trusted internal customer relationships with agreed priorities and varied deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Unit Pricing, Investment Administration, and Accounting, with knowledge of European securities and pricing regulations and practices.
  • Ability to manage a demanding operational area with multiple clients and stakeholders, delivering accurate and high-quality financial data each day.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to finance and non-finance staff.
