Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and Maintenance: Perform routine servicing of gas appliances such as boilers, cookers, and heaters, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and safely.
  • Breakdown Response: Diagnose and repair faults on gas appliances and systems, providing swift and efficient responses to breakdown calls.
  • Installations: Carry out the installation of gas appliances and central heating systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customers are fully informed of the work being done and are satisfied with the service provided.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete all relevant paperwork, certificates, and reports as required, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Essential:
    • Gas Safe Registered.
    • Experience in domestic gas servicing, breakdowns, and installations.
    • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
    • Full, clean driving license.
    • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Desirable (but not essential):
    • Experience in commercial gas systems.
    • Plumbing experience and qualifications.
