">The Role: As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the well-being and independence of our young people.
">Key Responsibilities: Promoting a positive, safe, and homely environment for all young people within the home. Providing emotional support and companionship, enabling the young people to participate in activities and events in the community, and supporting them to become independent.
">Requirements and Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year's experience supporting children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviours is desirable. The ability to work across more than one service as staff are often required to work on rotation across services.

">Estimated Salary: £13.23 per hour (plus £55 per sleep) based on full-time hours.
