The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for successfully running a section of the kitchen, working closely with the Executive Chef and other team members to deliver exceptional pastry dishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality pastry dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and other team members to develop and implement new pastry menus and ideas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the team in achieving exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and menu ideas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • Excellent pastry skills and knowledge of pastry techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
