We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. About the Role$55,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships
- Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records to ensure a clear picture of sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine our software solutions and services
- Proven success in sales or business development with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
