This is an exciting opportunity for a Children's Social Services Specialist to join our Pre Birth Team in Birmingham.
You will be working with a close-knit team to provide assessment and support services to expectant mothers and their families. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking Pre Birth Assessments, including Court work, CIN, and CP pre-proceedings;
- Carrying a reduced case holding of around 10 children and providing regular updates to colleagues and managers;
- Supporting the Duty Worker as needed.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality social care services. In return, we offer a competitive salary, hybrid working arrangements, and opportunities for progressive professional development.
Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
