Main Responsibilities

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, including resource allocation and stakeholder coordination, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives.
  • Managing internal project team members to meet project milestones and deliverables.
