Railway Drainage Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Railway Drainage Supervisor to join our team at Anderselite. As a key member of our Rail team, you will be responsible for overseeing drainage works on various projects across the Kent and Sussex Rail Routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and motivate internal workforce on site, including subcontractor trade staff.
  • Amend risk assessments and site paperwork as required.
  • Produce Rail diary reports.
  • Monitor and implement Health & Safety procedures on site.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications such as PTS, SSSTS or SMSTS, CPCS.
  • Experience in a similar role, delivering drainage works within the rail sector.
