About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Director to lead strategic initiatives for premium accounts involving complex branding, communications, and product development projects.

As a Senior Brand Director, you will manage key client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time, while also nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead project management with a focus on day-to-day details, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, identifying and capitalising on opportunities for expansion and new projects.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring resources align with project scope and deliverables meet expectations for profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with design, strategy, and editorial teams, driving cohesive execution across all stages of development.
  • Actively contribute to pitching for new business and provide support across other accounts when required.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and consistently meeting high standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in a design and branding environment
  • Proven senior expertise in client leadership, with the ability to guide and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing complex projects.
  • Strong background in brand strategy development and the design process.
  • Extensive experience in branding and design development across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships effectively and consistently perform under pressure.
  • Commercially astute with a strategic mindset, able to drive growth and profitability
