Care Team Manager

**Job Opportunity:** We are recruiting a Team Leader for a center specialising in independent parenting assessments, supporting families to thrive. Established in 2017, this reputable center provides 12-week residential assessments, overseen by qualified social workers and dedicated family support staff.
">As Team Leader, you'll manage an experienced team of professionals, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the assessment process, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve outstanding outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting vulnerable families, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams effectively. You will be a strong communicator, able to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
We offer a competitive salary range of £13,250 - £15,000 per annum (£6.35 - £7.31 per hour), based on a 40-hour week. This is in line with the national average for similar roles in the Harlow area.
