We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Agile Project Manager to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving agile transformation and delivering meaningful change across our global financial institution.
As a Technical Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading agile feature teams, coaching others in agile practices, and ensuring successful project delivery across a complex estate. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to set up agile feature teams across projects and programmes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading Scrum ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint demos, retrospectives)
- Guiding and mentoring team members to increase productivity and build agile capabilities
- Developing agile delivery metrics to track progress and remove blockers
- Driving planning and forecasting to prepare the business for change
- Promoting continuous improvement and ensuring projects are closed in line with governance processes
We are looking for a dynamic individual with expertise in Agile Project Delivery (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SaFe) and strong experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools such as JIRA and DevOps. You will also have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, competence in project risk management, project staff leadership, and governance.
