Associate Minister

This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to join our team as an Associate Minister at St James Fletchamstead, Coventry. As part of the Bridge Benefice, you will have the chance to work closely with our staff team and contribute to the growth and development of the church.

• Lead St James and assist in the leadership of The Bridge
• Foster collaboration among clergy, lay leaders, and the wider community
• Drive evangelism, mission, and discipleship initiatives

The ideal candidate will be an experienced ordained Anglican minister with a proven track record in leadership, evangelism, and discipleship. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for innovative ministry approaches, and a strong understanding of Kairos Connexion.
