Job Overview

Main Duties

The successful candidate will have a high degree of autonomy and clinical decision-making responsibility, managing a complex case load and providing expert clinical practice. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing a wide range of ultrasound examinations, including complex and acute cases
  • Producing interpretative reports and providing guidance on future patient management
  • Providing second opinions to junior staff and participating in CPD, including audit and research
  • Supervising and guiding less experienced colleagues
