**Education and Employability Advisor Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Careers and Employability Advisor to join our team. In this exciting role, you will work closely with learners to provide them with the necessary guidance and support to achieve their career goals.

As a key member of our careers team, you will deliver high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance to support learners in their career progression. You will also provide students and potential students with the information they need to make decisions on future studies or employment at the end of their time at College.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with learners to provide them with the necessary guidance and support to achieve their career goals
  • Deliver high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance to learners
  • Set SMART career targets to support learners to positive destinations
  • Support students to secure part-time employment whilst they are studying

**Requirements:**

  • Experience with student guidance, working with learners aged 14-16, 16-18, 19+
  • Level 3 in Initial Advice and Guidance, or willingness to undertake it, and Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or willingness to undertake it
  • Knowledge of qualifications within Further Education and progression routes

Estimated salary range: £25,600 - £30,000 per annum + benefits. Salary may vary based on location and experience.
