Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the buying team to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive sales and profit growth.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate data is used to inform business decisions and drive commercial success.
  • Support the management of stock levels and inventory across all channels, ensuring optimal levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
  • Work with the digital and store teams to analyze product performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practice processes to continually improve the merchandising function and drive commercial success.
