Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice and representation in all aspects of private family law, including divorce and separation, financial arrangements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and disputes related to children.
  2. Stay up-to-date with regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel, and ISO standards, ensuring our firm maintains the highest level of professionalism.
  3. Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, providing exceptional client care and ensuring client satisfaction.
  4. Contribute to the growth and development of our team, identifying opportunities for new business and collaborating with colleagues to achieve targets.
  5. Utilize case management systems and software to efficiently manage cases and maintain accurate records.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  1. Sound knowledge and experience in private family law, including divorce and separation, financial arrangements, and child-related disputes.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and accurate reports.
  3. Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Ability to maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets, ensuring the financial success of our firm.
  5. Great IT skills, with experience using case management systems and software.
  6. Proactive and results-driven, with a genuine interest in family law and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
