Assistant Building Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Building Manager to join our team at Proprec. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for residents, visitors, and colleagues, providing timely and effective support.
- Conduct thorough inventory checks before and after check-ins and check-outs to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Attend resident events and assist with event planning to create a welcoming and vibrant community.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, visitors, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive living environment.
- Assist team members with ad-hoc duties as required to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Arla qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for building long-term relationships
- Previous experience in hotels and hospitality, residential buildings, serviced offices, or high-end fitness and leisure industries
