Conference Producer Job Description

Insight Select is seeking a highly skilled Conference Producer to join their events team. As a Conference Producer, you will play a key role in conducting market research, writing engaging copy, and recruiting senior executives to provide keynote briefings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Write compelling copy to promote events and engage target audiences.
  • Recruit senior executives to provide keynote briefings, participate in panels, and interactive roundtables.
  • Manage budgets for events and ensure profitability.
  • Develop a gripping narrative around events and drive the message internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of proven conference production experience.
  • Degree holder.
  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships.

Package:

  • Up to £45,000 depending on experience + commission.
  • Profit share on events.
  • 25-30 days annual leave depending on length of service.
