Payroll Administrator Role

The Payroll Administrator will be a vital team member working within the UK Shared Services team, supporting the management and delivery of payroll for nearly 6000 employees on a monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line payroll support via phone, email, and drop-in visits to the Helpdesk
  • Administer the payroll for four different payrolls
  • Process all payroll files in accordance with the payroll schedule and payroll cut-offs
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations, organisational policies, procedures, and work instructions
  • Ensure compliance with all HMRC and payroll policies, procedures, and work instructions
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience working within a Payroll position
  • In-depth knowledge of Tax Codes, National Insurance, and Statutory Sick Pay
  • High level of Customer Service
  • Excel Skills – V lookups, Pivot tables, etc.
