Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts across the Midlands and Birmingham area, driving sales and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Track and win new projects with existing and new clients
- Lead from the front, with a focus on business development and growth
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing value-added services and support
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its products
