The Role

As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you'll be an ambassador for our store, supporting the team to deliver a bespoke Christmas shopping experience for every one of our customers. Your mission: To help our customers discover and buy wines, beers, and spirits they will love this Christmas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive store performance by embracing sales opportunities and exceeding targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Share your passion for our products with customers.
  • Take pride in maintaining our store's impeccable appearance.
  • Involvement in all operational tasks required for the day-to-day operational running of Majestic Wine store.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Excellent time management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated, able to thrive when working alone and as part of a team.
  • A can-do attitude with a knack for solving challenges.
  • Adaptable and resilient to meet the ever-changing demands of our business.
  • Wine, beer, and spirits knowledge is a plus, but a passion for learning is essential.
