Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at pladis Foods Limited. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong commercial relationships with key customers, including Morrisons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Morrisons, to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to develop and execute sales plans and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and commercial development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
