AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking an experienced estate agent to join our dynamic team. As a sales negotiator, you will play a crucial role in securing instructions and providing exceptional customer service to potential vendors and purchasers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking valuations and securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable, and professional advice to clients
  • Following office procedures and policies
  • Contribution to sales KPIs and targets
  • Organizing photographer and videographer attendance at properties
  • Creating marketing materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Sales targets for individual performance, including ancillaries
  • Managing window cards and branch materials
  • Overseeing bad debts with department heads
  • Ordering EPCs and managing exchanges and income
