">We are seeking an experienced Impact and Evaluation Director to lead our efforts in impact measurement and evaluation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) frameworks, gathering impactful data, and effectively communicating our successes to stakeholders.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Impact Strategy and Reporting: Ensure all reporting is aligned with funder requirements and organizational goals, while preserving independence and vision.">
- Lead MEL Framework Development: Design, review, and implement BLP's impact framework and MEL strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.">
- Data Management: Provide support to Business Launchpad and Tooting Works by designing and delivering training on Monitoring and Evaluation methods, equipping teams to produce evidence-based work.">
- Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy: Represent BLP in meetings with partners and external stakeholders, effectively communicating outcomes and impact.">
- Capacity Building and Team Support: Build capacity within teams by providing training, resources, and support in data collection, monitoring, and evaluation.">
About You:
">We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in impact assessment, evaluation, or related roles, preferably within the non-profit, public, or social impact sectors. You should possess strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
">What We Offer:
">As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £36,655 per annum, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, personal annual training budget, and employee assistance programme including counseling.
