We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at HMP Stocken, a category C Prison in Oakham. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services to our patients.

The ideal candidate will have relevant post-qualification experience working within a pharmacy environment and multi-disciplinary team. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work unsupervised while following policy and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring patient medical records are maintained to the agreed standard at all times and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed to a high and orderly standard. You will also be involved in the timely administration of medicines and analysing cost-effective prescribing as defined through our unique health in justice medicines policy.

We offer a competitive annual salary up to £40,211 per annum, depending on experience. Our bespoke induction program includes our Introducing Health in Justice training course, and we provide a competency framework and regional and national career development opportunities. We also offer support from the wider team and access to our bespoke Learning Management System to address your learning needs.
