About Our Nursery

Our charming Busy Bees Nursery is seeking a dedicated SEND specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support to enhance children's development while collaborating with your colleagues to ensure that every child receives the best possible start in their educational journey.

Our nursery is conveniently located just a short drive from the local area.

Key Responsibilities as a Nursery Practitioner

  • As a keyworker, you will ensure that each child's individual needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL requirements.
  • Take responsibility for the observation, assessment, and planning for your key children in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
  • Encourage and celebrate children's development and achievements.
  • Most importantly, create a fun and engaging learning environment.

*To be considered for this position, you must possess a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have prior experience working with children, ideally in roles such as Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.*
