We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Childcare Professional to join our team at an excellent childcare provider in Great Barr. The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 and 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner qualification and have a passion for providing young children with the best early years education and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care to children
  • To plan and provide effective teaching and learning experiences
  • To safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of children
  • To communicate with colleagues and parents/carers to meet the individual needs of children

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or above qualification in childcare or early years, be comfortable working with nappies if required, and be able to provide two references, one from their most recent employer. Aspire People is committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.

Estimated salary: £10.60-£12.82 per hour (20-37 hours per week). This role offers a great opportunity to work in a Good-rated Ofsted nursery and contribute to the development of young children.
