About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage our most complex and high-risk projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business results, managing budgets, and ensuring quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Manage bids, programmes, projects, tasks, and work packages
  • Monitor progress against targets and provide detailed forecast updates
  • Initiate actions to maintain or exceed budgeted revenue, gross margin, and cash performance
  • Effectively manage all associated risks and opportunities
  • Manage stakeholders effectively and maintain cooperative and constructive relationships
  • Proactively develop business opportunities in collaboration with the business development team
  • Deliver and plan complex projects and programmes effectively and professionally
Requirements
  • Experience of managing firm price, complex system contracts of multi-million pound value
  • Expert in planning, risk, and opportunity management
  • An excellent communicator and able to demonstrate effective change and conflict management
  • Proven in-depth knowledge and experience of all phases of a project from inception to closure
  • Deep knowledge of the full range of project management competencies
  • Formal qualifications with the APM (to PMQ), professional registration, or actively working towards similar level qualifications
