Electrical Fire Safety Engineer Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Fire Safety Engineer to join our team in the home counties area. As an Electrical Fire Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, commissioning and maintaining fire alarm systems.

  • Designing and installing fire alarm systems to meet the required standards
  • Commissioning and testing fire alarm systems to ensure they are working correctly
  • Maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems to ensure they remain functional

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Fire System maintenance/installation/design or estimation
  • FIA Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance Module
  • Experience of open / Close protocol fire alarm systems and electrical design with fire alarm element
  • Working knowledge of BS5839 & current Health & Safety legislation
  • The ability to work to time sensitive deadlines and strong problem-solving ability

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The salary for this position is £38-43k + commission + benefits.
