To assist in the preparation and serving of food, adhering to established methods and portion control guidelines, as well as assist in stock management, including inventory checks and storage of supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake basic food preparation duties, including breakfast production, vegetable and fruit preparation, salad and cold buffet preparation.
  • Ensure that all food served meets high quality and standard expectations, considering portion control, meal content, and correct temperatures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, presenting meals and beverages in a friendly and courteous manner, promoting a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any complaints promptly.
  • Conduct temperature monitoring and complete relevant documentation as required.
  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen area, adhering to cleaning schedules and daily checks.
  • Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen area, including floors, cookers, and storage facilities, as well as deep cleans as needed.
  • Keep the dining area tables clean during service times and immediately after service.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
