We are seeking an Academic Mentor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As an Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic development of children across all curriculum areas. This is a full-time position, available immediately, with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have prior experience working within a UK primary school, a minimum Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools qualification or equivalent, and up-to-date Safeguarding and Prevent training. Key responsibilities include providing specific support and interventions for children, leading groups in activities, and preparing resources and areas within the setting. You will also assist in daily routines for the children and work with them on a range of learning and play activities, indoors and outdoors. To be eligible for this role, you must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK, an Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service, and provide two professional references covering the past 2 years.
