Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our NAVLIN Market Access and Pricing Systems Implementation Services practice. This role will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative solutions to meet complex customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in price and access with a major systems implementation consulting firm, as well as expertise in leading life sciences price and access software implementation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team of over 7,000 employees and contribute to creating a healthier world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to define and understand price and access challenges and solutions.
  • Lead solution and consulting projects to assist clients in optimizing their price and access decisions and insights.
  • Engage with and lead global teams across Europe, US, India, and Asia.
  • Plan and deliver on profit/loss, revenue, and practice growth targets.
  • Assist in selling, planning, organizing, and leading various projects related to pricing and market access.
  • Collaborate with other senior management to develop an innovative view of price and access system implementation.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Significant (5+) years of experience in price and access with a major systems implementation consulting firm.
  • Technology/Equipment: Skilled at Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience leading life sciences price and access software implementation.
