Role Overview

The British Council is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers and students in handling enquiries about our English language and Examination services. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide a seamless customer experience by handling first-level enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Deliver accurate information to customers and manage their expectations to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  3. Contribute to the Voice of the Customer programme by sharing insights and comments gathered from customers.
  4. Support the delivery of high-quality, up-to-date training and testing for young learners and adults.
  5. Ensure all interactions are in line with Exams and Teaching Centre standards and Corporate Child protection and Safe-Guarding policies.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
