Job Title: Corporate Finance Expert

Location: Reading, UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated financial accountant to join our dynamic finance team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, providing insightful financial analysis and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Ensure tax compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and addressing any audit queries.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA/ACA Qualified: Must hold a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or ACA).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial accounting role, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
