Job Title: Senior Reconciliation Specialist

We're a fast-moving, global technology group that specialises in taking brands direct to consumers.

About the Role

As a Senior Reconciliation Specialist, you will work within our Cash in Transit reconciliation area of Group Finance. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the accurate reconciliation of all web sale orders and refunds processed on our platform.

  • Manage the Cash Reconciliation Team
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for Payment Provider Settlement reconciliation
  • Calculate and manage team KPIs
  • Forecast transaction fees and cash in transit weekly and monthly
  • Train, coach & mentor team members
  • Resolve queries and escalate issues
  • Manage stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Part-qualified AAT/ACCA or equivalent preferred
  • High computer, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Experience in reconciliations, multiple currencies, and high volumes
  • Excellent Excel skills (sumifs, vlookups, pivot tables)
  • Experience using Sage or equivalent ERP system
  • Self-driven, enthusiastic, and motivated
  • Confident and assertive communication skills
  • Committed to continuous improvement

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
