Project Engineering Manager – Greater London

Are you a seasoned engineering professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and innovative company? We're seeking a Project Engineering Manager to join our team in Greater London, where you'll have the opportunity to lead cutting-edge energy projects and make a lasting impact.

As a Project Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating engineering deliverables for high-profile FEED projects valued up to £6 million. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, from proposal handover to project completion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the interface between multiple disciplines, engineering centres, project controls, procurement teams, and external contractors/suppliers.
  • Ensuring engineering designs are consistent across the board and delivered on time and within budget, with minimal supervision.
  • Supporting project progress, reporting, and managing accountability alongside the Project Manager.
  • Playing a key role in bid preparation, writing proposals, and assisting in project execution plans to win and deliver new projects.
  • Overseeing Engineering Design Reviews, ensuring all actions are closed out effectively.
  • Assisting in strategic procurement planning, particularly for long-lead items.

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Master's degree in engineering and Chartered status. You'll have a comprehensive understanding of engineering disciplines, safety and quality procedures, and international equipment specifications and codes. Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.
