We are seeking an exceptional Administrator to join our dynamic team at RGE Services Ltd, a leading provider of electrical and fire compliance services in the South-East of England. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our team, including answering telephone enquiries, processing works orders, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Organisational Skills: Prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain organisation systems to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, to prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of one year's experience in an office administrative role, with knowledge of clerical procedures and systems.
  • Qualifications: Good written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
