Financial Administrator and Collections Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Administrator and Collections Coordinator to join our Accounts department at Machine Mart.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing sales ledger accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Open new credit accounts and manage existing ones, ensuring timely payment from customers
- Post sales invoices to the ledger, accurately recording all transactions
- Raise and post credit notes and manual invoices, as required
- Active collection of payments via telephone and post
- Resolve customer and store queries, providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales ledger and credit control, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
