Job Description
We are seeking an Account Partnership Executive to join our team at Sand & Sky. As an Account Partnership Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail and wholesale partners to expand our beauty brand's reach and drive sales growth. You will work closely with our partners to ensure product availability, drive sales, and meet business goals. This role involves sales strategy, account management, and close collaboration with internal teams such as marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product penetration, revenue growth, and overall performance within retail and wholesale channels
• Manage relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with the brand's goals and sales strategies
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, process orders, and ensure timely product delivery to partners
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with retail and wholesale partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships
• Regularly review retail account performance metrics, identifying opportunities to optimize partner relationships and achieve sales targets

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in retail or wholesale account management in the beauty or cosmetics industry
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and develop strong partner relationships
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage partner relationships effectively
• Strong analytical abilities to assess sales performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
