Lead Our West Region Infrastructure Programme:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced West Region Infrastructure Lead to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in leading our Mains Renewal programme across the west region, driving project success, and collaborating with peers.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and directing the regional strategy, ensuring compliance with external Construction Design Management Rules, including Health and Safety. They will strategically lead, monitor, and drive improved performance across the region, holding overall responsibility for a team of up to 150 people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the regional strategy, aligning with the company's 2030 Mains Renewal plan.
  • Collaborate with Network Construction Business Leader peers to drive and implement the overall 2030 Mains Renewal strategy successfully.
  • Oversee and manage a large area of the business, ensuring compliance with external Construction Design Management Rules, including Health and Safety.
  • Strategically lead, monitor, and continuously drive improved performance across the region.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.

What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 31 days' holiday (including bank holidays) and the ability to buy/sell up to 5 days per year.
  • Annual bonus scheme (up to 20% of salary dependent on company performance).
