Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Relationship Managers and Clients to originate and execute Asset Finance transactions.
  • Develop and implement Asset Finance strategies that meet client needs, including working capital finance products and structured finance solutions.
  • Provide structuring expertise and detailed technical knowledge on our product suite to ensure successful transactions.
  • Execute transactions independently and collaborate with teams on larger, more complex deals.
  • Manage and maintain existing portfolio, including amendments, waivers, and renewals.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: University degree or similar
  • Experience: Relevant years of structured product work experience, with specialist knowledge in at least one area and basic knowledge of others

Key Skills:

  • Transaction structuring and structuring expertise
  • Commercial and technical knowledge of Asset Finance products
  • Communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
